FASHION SHOW Saturday May 17, 2008  2:00 to 5:00 at the Renaissance Hotel in Keizer Oregon (formerly known as the Wittenberg Hotel)

We need FASHION DESIGNERS at all skill levels. 

We need MODELS of all ages and sizes.  (includes Plus, Petite, Old, Children, Pregnant, Men etc.) If you are "pretty" you're in! 

We need JUDGES involved in the fashion industry in any way.

We need SPONSORS for PRIZES and gift bags.  Sponsor’s video ads can appear on the runway before the show and during intermission as well as in the program and posted.  The show (including your ads) will be recorded and aired on community television.

We need PRIZES.  Photo sessions,  Make-up,  Fashion books,  Subscriptions to fashion magazines, Gift certificates to restaurants, Jewelry, Perfume, Candy -- whatever you think a winner might like. 

PROCEEDS BENEFIT The Keizer Community Food Bank.

DESIGNER ENTRIES

1.  Contact immediately informing of your intent to enter.  ClassConscious@comcast.net  If you run into difficulty, you can always cancel later.  We need to have your e-mail to make sure you receive important updates.  Also you can send us your URL and we will link to your site.

2.  You may enter as many or as few designs as you want.  There is no fee to show.

3.  You can use your own models or choose from a volunteer list that we compile.  We will try to have make-up artists on site or you can use your own stylists.  Please provide names and titles of your models and helpers for the program credits.  Volunteer models will receive a small gift bag for helping so please let us know how many models you will have.  If you would like to contribute a small article with promo attached for the gift bags, it is appreciated but not mandatory.

4.  A video DVD of the image or movie you wish to project on the screen behind the models as they walk must be received via e-mail (or make other arrangements) as soon as possible.  They are needed in order to assemble a smooth show.  You should also provide your own music on the DVD.   (If you are having difficulty with this, let us know.  You could send copy of your name or logo and we can film it.) 

5.  Provide a picture of yourself, a picture of a sample of your work, and a little write-up containing contact info. to put in the printed program.  OR you can send an ad layout.  (SEE ABOVE FOR SAMPLE PROGRAM OPTIONS)

6.  There will be an area available by the runway for designers to sell prototypes and take orders if you like.  We will try to provide one mannequin per collection or designer.  There will be a dressing area mirrors and table.  Arrive early to set up. 

7.  There will be NO rehearsal but a diagram of the runway layout will be provided via e-mail.
